We provide 2 types of package that might suit our customers.
Choose from package for 2, specially design for husband & wife or for single package. This package includes all the benefits of Umrah and holidays for 1 single price and it is up to 5 years the benefits. Just plan when you and your family intended to go to Makkah to perform Umrah within years, and we will prepare your smooth journey.

Our Homestay at johor, Johor Bahru Homestay Cahaya.
If you (Outside JB dwellers) happen to visit Johor Bahru for any reason and need accommodation and don’t fell like staying in a hotel, well here is a very good place to spend the night – Homestay Cahaya. The homestay is a better economical alternative for family of 3 to 6 or even up to 8 because getting 2 to 3 hotel rooms
will be far more expensive.
Homestay Cahaya, the name given, is a 2 storey corner lot house and have 3 bedrooms and newly furnished. The prices are reasonable and it is strategically located. It’s just 20 minutes drive to Johor Bahru city centre.
We offer you a corner lot double storey house with 3 bedrooms enough to accommodate the entire family of 6 plus additional beds. The house is equipped with brand new TV set as well as fridge and other utensils. Details are what we are offering you as our guest.
House: Corner lot double storey house (1450 sq. ft).
Spaces: Living hall with brand new sofa and TV sets, dining tables as well as fully furnished kitchen cabinet and cooking stoves. We also provide brand new fridge, washing machine and kettle and other kitchen utensils.
Rooms: We have 3 rooms and of course it comes with brand new queen size bed for master bedroom and 2 single beds for the other two rooms. In addition, 2 additional single beds are provided for those with large family members.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms with ‘tip-top’ condition are provided with 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.
Normal Rates :Though our rate is among the cheapest in Johor Bahru area we absolutely won’t compromise with the quality of our services. The facilities in our rest house are of the highest standards as we want to give our best to our customers.
Per night (weekdays from Sunday night – Thursday night) costs you only RM160
Per night (weekends from Friday night – Saturday night) costs you only RM190
Festivities Rates
A slight increase in rental rates is unavoidable during festive seasons such as Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Convocation Day and Malaysian festive holidays of Chinese New Year, Aidil Fitri, Deepavali, etc.

Per night (weekends from Friday night – Saturday night) costs you only RM240

split bamboo.
Room Description The entire construction of the huts and surrounding area were carried out by
the local Orang Asli, with Adeline supervising the whole procedure. In addition to this is a clean, smooth
flowing stream that meanders through the land and houses creating a harmonious, relaxing environment.
Accommodation, catering for about 100 people, is dormitory style. Mattresses, pillows, and blankets are
provided. There is also ample space in the grounds to provide camping for a further 100 people.
Toilets and showers are adjacent to the accommodation and camping ground. There are also hand basins near
the dining hall.
Facility & Activity The hostess is particularly noted for her first-class culinary capabilities, and it is worth
staying at her Rumah Rehat for the cuisine alone
