MAJOR CUSTOMER SEGMENTS

We will mainly focusing on to the adult or workers people around at KL Sentral, it is including foreigner,or local people who are want to escape from the days routine and had some of  activities. We realize that majority there are stayed in the environmtent of city and had a modern lifestyle. The places there are came from are different from our country, especially those who are came from Europe country. We are targeting to attract people from others country who are like to umrah provide. Besides that, we are targeting muslim to do umrah and those who are interesting to know more deeply about heritage of lifestyle traditional local people in Malaysia and offering package that specially design for muslims who are planning to perform the umrah and enjoying. For others These people are usually like to travel around the world and like to try challenger activities. Our travel agency focuses on selling umrah packages and related services products as most travel agencies focus on leisure and nature tourism mainly to tourism destinations such as Paris, Dubai, and Tokyo. Our target market is the Muslim community as we provide specialized umrah service.


 MINOR CUSTOMER ANALYSIS

Our first minor customers that we target will be younger people such as, perfectly for muslim. specially designed for muslims who are planning to perform the Umrah .minor customer that is student, family, couple and corporate. international and domestic tour. The younger people who are looking something to fulfill their free time when get holidays. The parents who like to give the children close islam and do the something the best for her child.. The second minor customer we target will be the family group because we are already provides home stay activities that suitable for family to get fresh air village in the vacation.
