Competitor analysis in marketing and strategic management is an assessment of the strengths and weakness of current and potential competitors. This analysis provides both offensive and defensive strategic information through which to identify opportunities and threats. Competitor profiling coalesces all of the efficient and effective strategy formulation, implementation, monitoring and adjustment.
In this case, there is only one direct major competitor around KL Sentral that using exactly like our services. It is the An NUR Travel Agency, another company that operate tours agency in KL Central. Our An NUR Travel Agency has been operating about 1year ago.
Location of the company.Lot No 14, Arrival Hall, Kl City Air Terminal, Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station, 50470 Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia.Most of their packages, there only offering packages that for relaxing and leisure for tourist. All though they offer package over large range of area but, still did not satisfy their customer because the package is same, meanwhile what makes the package different each other is different country or places. 
The An NUR Travel Agency average customer is provided packages for usual vacation only. If there want add on any others activities they has to find it by their self. An NUR Travel Agency are provided packages just only to send them to the places tourist want by did not fulfill with some adventurer activities. From here we can say that our services are better than the An NUR Travel Agency. We are confident that our product will attract more tourist because we are different perspective of attraction, and tourist probably want to try our product that been offered. We also give our tourist easiness by providing together accommodation in their vacation.

Our travel agencies have different varieties of discount in terms during festival seasons. Such as one Malaysia festival, Hari Raya Adilfitri, Chinese New Year, and Deepavali as well. The basis of our travel agencies have different Prices, The Price begin with the rate of RM350 domestic flight and RM1500 for international journey. But we do have some market strategies, we have discounts and promotions on occasions like school holiday’s .During this holidays we give discount 30% to 60% for those who booked early flight tickets.


DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY
An NUR Travel Agency offers one of the largest travel advertising solutions for advertisers who seek innovative platform to promote cultural and heritage of Asian country and to encourage people to expose more about other countries as well.

CURRENT STRATEGY
An NUR Travel Agency are provides many packages vacation within Asian country and also offer foreigner especially with MAS flight as transportation. They also have provided vacation with cruises with the customer who really wants a different vacation around the Asia.

Our customers comes from the local  and also tourist stands from children’s to adults.

From the above, the An NUR Travel agencies gives the best packages to people to getan awesome vacation in the Asian country as well for attract customer with discounts package for cruises.
But somehow, most of the package that offersis more focus on holiday’s seasons. There did not fulfill the package with excitement of activities. The package that has offer is a common package only. Compare to us, our travel agencies services is more excitement and interesting. We do want visitor to be satisfywith the package that we give during the festivals days and also school holidays seasons to get well know of us.
