After we do a research, we know that our competitor have been coming out with a package are more to Asia places then our country, although our country have a very beautiful and interesting places. Then, our competitor also have a activities which is include in their package are more to relaxing and leisure. Most of the travel agency have a package are same with our competitor, but our travel agency are more stress to a activities that we are provide to our customer. By using our service, they can get different experience and also a new lesson.

Secondly, we have a home stay programmers that we have select as our minor product. This package is for our customer learn and gain knowledge about Malaysian cultural and custom. They also can get a benefit from take it as a package.

Our An-Nur Travel and Tour agency were provided umrah services for our customers which were in four packages for every year.
Package 1 (Ramadhan Package)

First trip is on 1st until 15th Ramadhan in the year- The second trip will be on 14th until 2nd syawal
Package 2 (Ordinary Umrah Package)
- The time of the trip is after the hajj seasons

Package 3 (School holiday Package)
- During the school holidays (mid term holidays)
- Consist of 14 days
Package 4 (Rejab and Syaaban Package).
- The packages will be done during the Rejab and Syaaban months

Our price is affordable with our interesting package and also with a full of activities. Our pricing is suitable with our service and package that we are offer which rate RM250 until RM 550.This is a reasonable price because many of activities are full in the package.

We will promote our business by opening a booth at a major places that people always come and visit. It is because, from there our customer can know about what that our travel agency product and service that we have. We also give brochures to the uses our service which they can keep and show to others. Other than that, we have a created a website to promote our business. Other than promoting, the website also works for booking our package. On peak season, we will do promotion by giving a special rate by people who are bringing 4 people who are use our travel agency.
